FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: carbide layers of the net material are formed in sequence by spraying graphite cathode by vacuum-arc discharge cathode spotting. Zirconium carbide and surface layer of platinum is applied. Net-shaped electrode is annealed in vacuum. Zirconium layer is applied from flow of metal plasma of vacuum-arc discharge. Usage of pre-formed carbide layer of the net-shaped electrode in process of anti-emission coating production allows creating barrier layer for platinum diffusion to the core of net material while usage of transient zirconium layer allows modification of surface and receipt of a new combined phase (Mo-C-Zr) at the surface boundary line, which is an additional barrier layer for diffusion of materials. Besides at the stage of intermetallic connection production free zirconium binds released carbon with formation of zirconium carbide (ZrC), which performs functions of the barrier layer.
EFFECT: improvement of method.
