SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Leg of the joint revision endoprosthesis for fixation in the epimetaphyseal region of the long tubular bone has proximal epimetaphysis, diaphysis and distal epimetaphysis. Leg comprises a cervical portion on an upper end for hinged head attachment, and a shank adjoining the cervical portion, the surface of which is arranged for non-adhesive fixation in the proximal epimetaphysis and the diaphysis, and its length in length is selected to ensure its stretching into the bone diaphysis. At far end of shank end is provided in distal epimetaphyseal appendage for pedicle, size of length of which is selected so that its top extends into distal bone epimetaphysis, wherein the appendage is designed for fixation in the distal epimetaphysis by means of bone cement. Method for implantation of the above leg of an auditile joint endoprosthesis for fixation in the epimetaphyseal region of a long tubular bone involves insertion of a shank with a cervical portion from the proximal side into an epimetaphyseal region of a long tubular bone, formation in a distal epimetaphysis of a receiving bed from an adhesive material, an insertion of an epididymis into a distal epimetaphysis, thus the appendage forms extension of a shank, passing beyond limits of a diaphysis and appears in a distal epimetaphysis.

EFFECT: inventions provide higher safety of inspection and longevity of its results.
