FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: object is radiated by generated radio and ultrasonic waves of various frequencies and amplitudes, phase and polarization of the received waves are independently registered. The image is formed by computing methods by calculation and proportional display for each element of the image of values of function of likelihood of the expected values of amplitudes and phases calculated using the models of process of sounding of the respective element of an object. When forming the image intended for the visual analysis, the separate component likelihood functions calculated for various frequencies of radio- and ultrasonic waves, are displayed in various colours.
EFFECT: increase of informational content due to formation of colour hybrid radio ultrasonic images of objects.
