FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of wet dust collecting. The system of gas and dust treatment of air emissions comprises a cylindrical body and sprayers, a drop catcher, besides, to each sprayer the nozzles for compressed air and nozzles for water with stop and control valves are connected, and the stop and control valves connect nozzles with headers accordingly located in pipelines that supply water and compressed air, besides, each of headers is equipped with pressure gauges to control pressure of water and compressed air, at the same time each of sprayers is made pneumatic and comprises a base with a cover, an air chamber with supply of air or gas, feeding tubes to supply liquid, two air nozzles connected with an air chamber, formed by the base and upper plate by means of gaskets and having three slot nozzles, besides, in the upper plate there are slots arranged, where three feeding tubes are located, the outlet holes of which are located above output holes of slot nozzles, besides, feeding tubes are connected to a distributor of working liquid and are closed with a cover fixed on the upper plate of the distributor, and the base and the upper plate with the cover are made in the form of circumferences.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of dust and gas collecting process.
