SUBSTANCE: pyridoxal phosphate reaction products are functionally and quantitatively measured in native erythrocytes by processing an erythrocyte suspension in an incubation solution at 37°C, which contains the following ingredients: 0.1 M phosphate buffer pH 7.4-7.6; nitro blue tetrazolium - 1 mg; NADP+ - 1 mg; pyridoxal-5-phosphate - 26.5 mg. The whole blood 200 ml with a coagulant is placed into the incubation solution 500 mcg in PUTH K3 EDTA test tubes. The incubation is performed for 30 min at 37°C. That is followed by preparing a monolayer smear and dried at room temperature, and a reaction product density per 1 erythrocyte is studied under a digital microscope by means of Scion Corporation software with using cytophotometry.
EFFECT: invention enables solving the diagnostic and scientific problems.
