FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics, and can be used for determining risk of anaemia formation in pregnant women accompanying aggravated cytomegalovirus infection in third trimester of gestation. That is provided by histochemical reaction in peripheral blood erythrocytes to magnesium with help of incubation solution, prepared from 500 mcl of water, 250 mcl of 10 % sodium tungstate and 250 mcl of 0.67 % sulfuric acid, followed by extraction of 625 mcl of it and addition of drop of methyl red indicator and 0.2N NaOH until it becomes yellow with subsequent introduction of 250 mcl of 2 % hydroxylamine hydrogensulfate, 250 mcl of 0.075 % titanium yellow and 500 mcl of 1.5N NaOH, wherein 250 mcl of whole blood with coagulant are introduced to 250 mcl of obtained solution, which are incubated for 15 minutes, centrifuged and monolayer smears are made of sludge, which are studied by means of digital microscope in program "Scion", and if observing increase of titre of IgG antibody to CMV to 1:1600, increased content of magnesium to 72.20±1.65 pixels/mmc2 in separate erythrocyte automatically by program "Scion" and reduction of hemoglobin oxygenation in peripheral blood erythrocytes to 86.50±1.3 %, risk of anaemia formation in pregnant woman is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables assessing risk of anaemia in pregnant women with simplicity of its design.
