FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: refrigerated trap contains a cylindrical casing, in which coaxially the cryogenic fluid tank is located, with spiral ribs on the outside surface. The cylindrical screen is installed with clearance relatively to the casing wall. In the tank a rod with spiral ribs is installed. As per design the rod is hollow, with one dead end in zone of steams supply, and the another end opposite to the dead end has a sockolet with socket for the heater installation. Internal cavity of the rod with spiral ribs is filled with heat transport fluid, and the cylindrical screen is equipped with secondary shell ensuring effective heat exchange.
EFFECT: trap ensures more effective use of exhaust steams of the cryogenic fluid due to increased area of heat exchange, design improvement excludes direct heat transfer through the screen walls from the environment to the condensed steams and condensate, time is reduced for the condenser defrostation, improved operation parameters.
