FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tooth-wheel consists of a body and toothed rim with teeth. At sections of tooth tips width of their side surfaces is made stepped vary and inversely proportional to ratio of engagement pairing. Border of width change is displaced towards tooth tips by value of radial clearance of the gearing.
EFFECT: reduced materials consumption.
