SUBSTANCE: method includes receiving syntax elements for a current video unit, which specify integration mode candidates from a set of candidates to be used for encoding the current video unit according to the integration mode. In the method, the first candidate in the set is a candidate on the left, the second candidate in the set is a temporary candidate, the third candidate in the set is a candidate for a double predicting integration mode, specified according to two different adjacent video units encoded in single predicting modes.
EFFECT: high quality when compressing video.
