FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator includes a body 1 with rotors installed inside it, consisting of horizontal disks 2 and 3 and impact elements 4 and 5. Below the upper horizontal disc 2, on one axis with the loading device 6, a multi-stage body 7 is fixed with a possibility of oscillation. A multi-stage rotor 8 with impact bars 9 is rigidly mounted on the lower horizontal disk 3 on one axis with the multi-stage body 7. Spreading blades 10 are rigidly set in the lower part of the multi-stage rotor 8. The annular gap between the inner surface of the multi-stage body 7 and the diameter traced by the impact bars 9 of the multi-stage rotor 8 is equal to the value a=(2…3)dmax, where dmax - the maximum size of particles of the crushed material. The gap between the upper edges of the spreading blades 10 and the lower end of the multi-stage body 7 is greater than the value b=dmax. The multi-stage body 7 has through radial prismatic channels 11 arranged symmetrically with respect to two vertical planes of symmetry. The smaller base of each prismatic channel 11 located on the inner surface of the multi-stage body 7 is equal to the width of (0.1…0.5) dmax, height - 0.5…0.8 of the height of the multi-stage body 7. On the outer surface of the multi-stage body 6, radial fins 12 are fixed rigidly between the large bases of the prismatic channels 11.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of the grinding process.
