FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Device comprises housing (1) with rotors installed inside it. Under upper horizontal disc (2) on the same axis with the boot device is fixed with the possibility of vibrations multi-stage housing (7), on the same axis with which multistage rotor (8) with impact bars (9) is rigidly fixed on the lower horizontal disc, and the spreading vanes are rigidly fixed in its lower part. Upper and lower stages of multistage body (7) have through radial prismatic channels (11, 12) located symmetrically relative to two vertical planes of symmetry. All prismatic channels (11, 12) are directed into the openings between the shock elements of the first inner row. Number of prismatic channels (11, 12) increases from the upper step to the lower. Smaller base of each prismatic channel located on the inner surface of the multistage body decreases from the upper step to the lower in width from (0.2…0.5) Dmax to (0.1…0.2) Dmax, where Dmax – the maximum particle size of the material being crushed, and in height from (0.2…0.4)Hb to (0.1…0.2)Hb, where Hb – the height of the multistage body. Annular gap between the inner surface of multistage body (7) and the outer surface of multistage rotor (8) decreases from the upper stage to the lower one from the value a = (2…3) Dmax to the value b = (1…2) Dmax.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the grinding process due to material classification, increasing the discharge coefficient of the shock elements of the internal row.
