SUBSTANCE: solder contains components in the following content in wt %: 4.0-7.0 Sn; 0.5-2.0 In; 0.001-0.1 Cu; 0.2-1.0 Sb; 0.001-0.2 Na; 1.0-3.0 Bi; 0.1-0.5 Ni; 0.005-0.1 Ce; 0.001-0.3 Zn; Pb - rest.
EFFECT: increased strength at maximum operating temperature 250 degrees, increased corrosion resistance of soldered joints, decreased wastage during soldering.
