SUBSTANCE: invention relates to calibration of the acceleration transmitter. The calibration method of the acceleration transmitter to determine vehicle acceleration contains stage of determination of the characteristic permanent for the acceleration transmitter. At that by comparison of the first level fuel and of the second level fuel the vehicle fuelling is determined. During fuelling the specified permanent is determined, it is used as zero level for the acceleration transmitter. The calibration device of the acceleration transmitter determining characteristic permanent for the acceleration transmitter contains device determining weather the vehicle fuelling is done, and device determining the specified permanent during fuelling. The engine driven vehicle is equipped with the specified device.
EFFECT: calibration optimisation is ensured.
