SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to reeling and can be used for fabrication of wound tape reels. Reeler comprises first reeling roll, support surface, cutting element and motor. First reeling roll makes a reeling support. Support surface can displace said reeling roll thereon. Reeling sleeve is fed toward reeling support. Support surface and first reeling roll make the channel for feed of reeling sleeves. Cutting element can fit in said channel to cut aforesaid tape. Cutting element is controlled by motor.
EFFECT: higher quality of products.
