FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micromechanical elements used, for example in watches. Proposed method comprises pre-machining of gearing of material that allows micro processing, for example, from silicon-based materials. Gearing (51 51') is composed of shaft (53, 53') with its first end made integral with flange (52, 52'). First wheel (55, 55') is made of material that allows micro processing and engaged without clearance with shaft second end (53, 53'). Second wheel (57, 57') is made of material that allows micro processing. Note here that second wheel motion does not depend upon that of said first wheel. Second wheel has orifice (58, 58') with wall located opposite said shaft. That is second wheel (57, 57') is engaged with the first end of shaft (53, 53') to run relative thereto.
EFFECT: improved machining.
