FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and is applicable in negative-pressure wound healing. A connecting device comprises a conductor, wherein vacuum can be generated, a flat hermetically sealed carrier, an upper side of which facing from the wound has a hermetically mounted conductor. The carrier is configured to be placed on a vacuum dressing covering the wound and hermetically isolated from the atmosphere with using an additional adhesive film. The conductor is connected with the wound cavity through holes in the conductor and carrier, and in the vacuum dressing. The width extent of the conductor makes at least 10 mm; for the intended application, the conductor on its long section from the side by at least 70% area from the vertical projection on the carrier is rigidly and flatly connected to the carrier. Within the rigidly connected flat sides, the carrier and conductor have mating holes. The conductor is flat; it is made of an elastomeric material having the Shore A hardness of no more than 60, whereas the thickness (D) of a set of the conductor and carrier makes no more than 7 mm. The conductor is provided with anti-flattening evacuation units formed inside it and integrated with it, using the conductor material. The conductor has a number of hermetically separated passages and represents a single element.
EFFECT: invention enables configuring the easy to use connective device causing insignificant load and contact pain, as well as efficient closure of the components.
