SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technologies. A communication method involves stages at which: data of an uplink and quality of uplink signal, which corresponds to the uplink data, is received, with that, the uplink data and signal quality is sent by each remote radio unit (RRU) in a honeycomb of remote radio units; the uplink data sent by the RRU unit with the best signal quality is chosen; and the uplink data sent by the RRU unit with the best signal quality is processed, and then, processed data of the uplink is sent to a basic station controller (BSC). The device includes the first acquisition module, the first selection module and the first processing module. The system includes a driving remote radio unit (RRU) and at least one driven RRU unit.

EFFECT: guarantee of communication quality for a mobile station when implementing communication in a scenario such as a domain with switching of packages during high-speed movement.
