FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: method of siloing of meadow clover includes the use of lactic bacteria. The culture of lactic bacteria in liquid silage ferment is strain Enterococcus durans VKPM V-10093 with the concentration 109-1010 million cells per 1 ml of liquid siloed ferment. In addition 0.01% water extract of green material of the plant stevia is added into silage ferment. Note that at silo laying 30 litres of ferment and 1-2 litres of stevia extract per one ton of siloed weight are added.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of siloing of meadow clover culture due to intensification of accumulation of lactic acid, that accelerates silo maturing and reduces losses of nutrients.
