FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: noise suppressing element (100) is directed in accordance with a predetermined direction, and during said direction adhesive material (50a) is applied on first surface of noise suppressing element (100). In particular, the noise suppressing element (100) is placed on the first conveyor belt (10) made with possibility of movement along direction (A) of supply and having on its upper surface (10a) continuous film (50), supporting layer of adhesive material (50a). Noise suppressing element (100) is pressed to the first conveyor belt (10) along the specified direction (A) of supply so that it strongly adheres to the specified layer of adhesive material (50a). As a result of movement of the first conveyor belt (10) along said direction (A) of supply, noise suppressing element (100) is transferred to the second conveyor belt (20) located downstream from the first conveyor belt (10). During said transfer, continuous film (50) is held on first conveyor belt (10) and, when said noise-suppressing element (100) has come down from first conveyor belt (10), separating a portion of said layer of adhesive material, which adheres to noise-suppressing element (100), from a layer of adhesive material located on said first conveyor belt. Noise-suppressing element (100) is then selected from second conveyor belt (20) and positioned in preset position on radial inner surface of tire for vehicle wheels by introducing said first surface into contact with said radially inner surface (501).

EFFECT: invention relates to method and installation for automatic application of noise suppression element on tire for vehicles wheels.
