SUBSTANCE: device for creating directed connection between populations of neuronal cells. Device includes interconnected microchannels source chamber and receiver chamber. Micro channel is made of several sections of triangular shape, note here that vertices of triangles of previous sections are connected with centers of bases of next sections, bases are directed towards source chamber, and vertices of triangles are directed towards receiving chamber.

EFFECT: invention provides high quality of directed functional connection between populations of neuronal cells, low probability of transmitting bioelectric pulse signals in the opposite given direction, possibility of determining approximate location of synaptic contacts between two direct-linked brain cell population in vitro and exposure of separate groups of axons to electrical stimuli.
