FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet cleaning of flue gases of solid, liquid and toxic gaseous elements. It consists of two cases. The first one is composed of an open tubular cartridge of chemically-resistant glass fibre with the system of four-blade swirlers in each tube. Second one is composed of closed tubular cartridge of titanium alloy, its length making at least two lengths of the first case. Besides, it comprises the system of four-blade swirlers in each tube and the system for control of water, chemical and hot air feed with water feed different angles in first case and chemical feed in second case. Besides, is incorporates parallel irrigated pipes and dust-gas flow swirlers, gas feed and discharge pipes and fluid dispensers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of removal of ash, sulphur, nitrogen and carbon oxides.
