FIELD: biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology. This is a method for automated extraction with simultaneous purification of nucleic acids from two or more biological samples. Method of extracting with simultaneous purification of nucleic acids is carried out in a single module on rotating platform separate for each sample. Besides the extraction with simultaneous purification of nucleic acids includes lysis step using dry reaction mixture of lysing buffer containing lysozyme, cell lysis step, microorganisms and viral particles using dry reaction mixture of lysing buffer containing chaotropic agent, proteolytic enzyme and detergent, adding alcohol to the obtained lysate, binding nucleic acids on a solidphase sorbent, dissolving the dry reaction mixture of washing buffer, washing of nucleic acids from impurities following with elution of nucleic acids.

EFFECT: invention provides fast performance with high output of the procedure for simultaneous separating and purifying nucleic acids from two or more biological samples, as well as avoiding contact of personnel with infectious sample during extraction of nucleic acids.
