FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a self-made traffic signal installation consisting of red, yellow and green light-emitting diodes with dispersing lenses for creation of a dangerous road situation by activation of a red signal, which is installed either on the front cowl, or on the wind screen of the vehicle in a convenient observation place for the driver. A central processor module for measurement and mathematical statistical processing of experiment data and output of minimum and maximum values of visual-motor reaction of the driver of the vehicle to a dangerous road situation is installed either on the instrument panel in the vehicle cabin or located in hands of the test conductor sitting either near the driver or on the rear seat of the cabin. A brake pedal pressing sensor is made in the form of a head piece and attached to the brake pedal with a clamp. The red signal of the traffic signal installation and the brake pedal pressing sensor are connected to the central processor module.

EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
