FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: roof cornice, providing for automatic icicles drop under wind gusts, comprises a metal rope parallel to the wall and tightened with the help of elastic plates at the sides of the building with a property of windage. On the rope there is a U-shaped metal bracket fixed vertically, the upper side of which is placed under the cornice in the zone of icicles formation. Inside the bracket there is an angle fixed, formed by two orthogonal wind-driven plates arranged in the horizontal plane between the rope and the wall and in the vertical plane below the rope at its side opposite to the bracket.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a roof.
