SUBSTANCE: mower with flail conditioner comprises a cutting device with rotating discs 2 with hinged blades 3 and vertically mounted drums 4 with beaters-flails fixed in the upper part. The drums 4 are made in the form of removable cylindrical tubes or truncated cones. The drums 4 are rigidly attached to the discs 2 by flanges located in the upper part. The hinged beaters-flails are made of steel of round, hexagonal, square section or from the strip. The beaters-flail links are mounted on the outer surface of the drums 4 with U-shaped brackets 7 located diametrically opposed in parallel or perpendicular to the blades 3 of the discs 2. The length of beaters-flails does not exceed the distance between the U-shaped brackets 7 and the blades 3 of the discs 2.

EFFECT: use of the rotary mower enables to carry out qualitatively processing of grass during mowing and ensures their rapid wilting.
