FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and can be used in devices for fodder production. Rotary cutter with blade conditioner contains cutting device with rotating disks with pivoted blades and detachable vertically installed drums with bases in lower part. Drums are made in form of hollow cylinders and bases are rigidly attached to disks. Beaters are composed of bent blades from strip of rectangular section with two cutting edges and are installed in slots in upper part of drums. Beaters are hinged by splinted pins in brackets located inside drums diametrically opposite parallel or perpendicular to disk knives. Slots of drums provide beats deviation from their working position at angle of up to 90°. At rotation of drums described ends beats circle has diameter not exceeding the diameter of circle formed by ends articulated knives disks.

EFFECT: mowing machine is ease in operation and provides high intensity of grass processing.
