FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Rotary mower with a beater type conditioner contains a cutting device with disks 2 rotating in pairs towards each other with swivel blades 3 and vertically mounted on disks 2 removable drums 4 in the form of truncated cones with bases in the lower part, covers and beaters in the upper part. By the bases drums 4 are rigidly fixed to the disks 2 rotating in pairs towards each other, and in the upper part have U-shaped beaters made of circular cross section steel. Beaters comprise impact rods 13 and a bridge 14, located diametrically opposite in parallel or perpendicular to the blades 3 of the disks 2 and articulated to the drums 4 side surface by the bridges 14 by means of the radial projections 17 of the clamps 15. Drums 4 covers are mounted onto the annular flanges provided inside the drums 4 and have grooves and holes for the self-tapping screws. Grooves are located above the fixing bolts of the drums 4 bases with offset relative to the holes for the self-tapping screws.

EFFECT: rotary mower increases the intensity of mowed grasses processing.
