SUBSTANCE: cutter with chain conditioner contains a load-carrying bar with rotating disks with knives hingedly installed on them, and vertical drums rigidly installed on the disks, the drums are cylindrical pipes with beater rods in top part. The drums contain flanges in bottom part, securing ring, lid and brackets. The beater rods are driven roll chains installed on the brackets outside the top part of the drums, and secured in them hingedly using fingers with lock-rings. The brackets are located diametrically opposite and parallel or perpendicular to the disk knives outside the top part of the drums. Links of the driven roll chains are the beater rods. The drums are made detachable.

EFFECT: invention increases the cutter reliability, quality of treatment of cut plants, and reduces losses.
