SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture machine building and can be used in machines for feed production. The cutter with device for grasses field dying acceleration contains and load-carrying bar 1 with rotating disks 2 and bottom part of vertically installed drums rigidly connected to the disks 2. On disks 2 knives 3 are installed on hinges. The drums are made as truncated cones 4 with slots in top part, and are covered with lids 8. In the drum slots beater rods 5 in form of round pipes 10 are installed, they have at one end plates 11 with holes. Plates 11 are inserted in the drums and connected using hinges in brackets 9 by means of split-pinned fingers 13. The slots ensure the beater rods 5 deviation from their work position up to 70°. The drums for easy operation are made detachable.

EFFECT: cutter ensure quality of the grass treatment during cutting and accelerates drying under field conditions.
