FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and describes chemiluminiscent reagent for determination of presence and/or absence of quantity of analysed substance in sample with supposed content of analysed substance, with reagent being non-dispersible and soluble in water medium and containing partner in binding for analysed substance and chemiluminiscent composition, which contains olefin compound and metal chelate, where olefin compound is compound, capable of reacting with singlet oxygen by 2+2 addition with formation of dioxetane or which is capable of reacting with singlet oxygen with 4+2 cyclo-addition with dienes, and where metal or metal chelate represents rare earth metal or Group VIII metal, and where metal is coordinated with two or more atoms of the same molecule or chelating agent, where two or more atoms are selected from group, consisting of oxygen, nitrogen and sulphur.
EFFECT: obtaining chemoluminiscent reagent for determination of presence and/or quantity of analysed substance in sample.
