SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for assembling non-vulcanised tyres and to a workstation for applying elementary semi-finished products for assembling non-vulcanised tyres. The method includes providing a shaping drum. Providing at least one supplying apparatus configured to supply an elementary semi-finished product. Binding of an anthropomorphic robotic arm with the shaping drum is ensured. Commands to move the anthropomorphic robotic arm are transferred in order to move the shaping drum in the work area. The work area is formed near the output area wherein the elementary semi-finished product exits the supplying apparatus. The shaping drum is moved in the work area during the supply of the elementary semi-finished product by the supplying apparatus, so that the elementary semi-finished product is laid on the shaping drum in the form of coils located next to each other or at least partially overlapping each other to form at least one component of a non-vulcanised tyre of a given tyre model. Transmission of commands to move the anthropomorphic robotic arm includes determining the preset coordinates corresponding to said at least one component of a non-vulcanised tyre for the anthropomorphic robotic arm in order to move the shaping drum in the work area. Transmission of commands also includes retrieving the correction function associated with the anthropomorphic robotic arm and the work area from the memory area. It also includes changing the preset coordinates by means of the correction function, resulting in processed coordinates, and using the processed coordinates for commands to move.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the accuracy of the size of the manufactured products.
