FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combined metal forming and cutting, particularly, to drawing of solid and hollow structural sections. Device comprises two calibrating spinnerets with regular micro relief connected by their ends. Said spinnerets are fitted in cartridge with cavity for oil pressure feed to section straining zone via radial channels made at connected ends of said spinnerets. This device is provided with extra composite spinneret with spherical deforming elements, their surfaces having a regular micro relief. Note here that one calibrating spinneret has a cutting element shaped to tooth with point of 20-35 degrees and arranged at its front and shaped to circle or to structural section cross-section. Note here that said spherical deforming elements and calibrating spinnerets are made of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide or sintered solid alloys. Extra composite spinneret is provided with lengthwise chips removal grooves with regular micro relief to rule out hard-to-remove chips.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drawing.
