FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: installation contains multiple processing sections 2000, and multiple moving devices 3000. The processing sections 2000 includes welding processing section 100 for welding and accompanying processes such as testing, laying, preparation for welding. The processing sections 2000 also contain section 200 for rotor and its parts machining, for example, turning, milling and drilling. The moving devices 3000 include palette assembly 500, and rotating assembly 600 located in the welding processing section 100 to move, to rotate, and to transport the rotor along it. The moving devices 3000 additionally include a transportation and laying station 700 to transport the rotor along the processing sections 2000. The devices 3000 contain a shuttle mechanism 710 for the processed rotor and its parts, and servodrive 720.

EFFECT: simplified process of rotors production, and reduced labour intensity.
