FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes dissolving aluminium, magnesium and sodium nitrates in nitric acid with addition of ethyl alcohol; adding tetraethoxysilane to the obtained mixture; depositing a gel of the composition (0.19-0.21)Na2O (0.9-1.1)MgO (0.9-1.1)Al2O3 (3.9-4.1)SiO2 by adding NH4OH solution to pH 5.9-6.1; after drying and calcining the gel, performing hydrothermal treatment at temperature of 350°C and pressure of 70 MPa for three days. The crystallisation products are washed with distilled water and dried.
EFFECT: obtaining a sorbent with high lead and copper ion capacity.
