SUBSTANCE: beverage contains saponin and a colouring agent; saponin content is equal to at least 1mg/l but not exceeding 50 mg/l. Saponin may be represented by quillaja saponin; the colouring agent is represented by caramel colouring agent. The method for bleaching of foam containing the beer-tasting beverage colouring agent by way of saponins inclusion into such beverages; the content of saponins included into the beer-tasting beverage is equal to at least 1 mg/l but not exceeding 50 mg/l.
EFFECT: production of beverage with beer taste having white foam and improved aroma and taste.
