SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brewing and alcohol-free beverage industry. The beverage with a beer taste has the total quantity of a component (components) extracted from muga equal to 0.1-2 wt %, inclusive, while the alcohol content is no more than 1.0%. Additionally, one describes a method for production of such beverage and a method for such beverage foam stabilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows to stabilise significantly the foam of the beverage with a beer taste along with maintaining its rich taste.
