FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: method provides extraction of chromosomal DNA of the studied strain, amplification of DNAs of targets in polimerase chain reaction using constructed primers, sequencing of amplificated fragments. Genovariation of the studied strain of plague agent is identified by variable nucleotides, marker for separate genovariations.
EFFECT: method allows to identify genovariations of the named strains in efficient and reliable way.
