SUBSTANCE: method of determining the phylogenetic affiliation of Y. pestis strains of the main subspecies by real-time allele-specific PCRin UBSTANCE is described. The method involves isolating of the DNA of the strain, performing RT-PCR on 14 DNA targets with two direct primer variants, using the appropriate primers and probes having the following sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1-14 on target DNA "0.ANT1", "0.ANT2", "0.ANT3", "0.ANT5", "3.ANT", "4.ANT", "2.MED0", "2 .MED1", "2.MED2", "2.MED3", "2.MED4", "1.ORI1", "1.ORI2", "1.ORI3", and differentiation of strains according to their belonging to phylogenetic branches according to the presence/absence of fluorescence signals with the indicated primers.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of agents that provide fast and reliable identification of Y. pestis strains by their belonging to the phylogenetic branches of the main subspecies 0.ANT1, 0.ANT2, 0.ANT3, 0.ANT5, 3.ANT, 4.ANT, 2.MED1, 2.MED2, 2.MED3, 2.MED4, 1.ORI1, 1.ORI2, 1.ORI3.
