SUBSTANCE: flying device consists of four-wheeled motor vehicle with rigid wing mounted on it and horizontal-plane flight direction rudder. The four-wheeled motor vehicle is equipped with four wheel road pressure sensors, and the rigid rectangular wing is made nonremovable, with small elongation, installed above vehicle roof with gap between wing lower surface and vehicle roof and provided with wing devices: two wing slats, two wing flaps, fins, and vehicle generator-operated jet propulsor.
