FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar measurements and is intended for verification of aircraft (AC) trajectory instabilities (TI) in the form of glider wobblings in the mode of reorganisation of the carrier frequency from pulse to pulse. The achieved technical result - identification of the fact of existence of trajectory AC flight instabilities in the mode of reorganisation of the carrier frequency from pulse to pulse. The named result is achieved due to formation from the signals reflected by aircraft of the pulse response characteristics (PRC) in two consecutive time moments and their structure is compared among themselves, and by results of comparison, namely by level of coincidence of IRC the decision is made on existence or absence at AC of respective TIs. The method defines the necessary duration of packets of signals with reorganisation of frequency and value of interval between two used packets of reflected signals.
EFFECT: achievement of high resolution by time of delay or by longitudinal coordinate is achieved by method of inverse fast Fourier transform with the packet of reflected pulses with different pulses which passed coordinated intra-period processing.
