FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing secondary stem cell clones from megakaryocyte precursor cells, providing dedifferentiation of precursors of megakaryocytes for formation of a colony of stem cells, as well as separation of secondary stem cells from it. Also disclosed is a method of producing megakaryocyte precursor cells, providing induction of differentiation of recovered clones of secondary stem cells into precursors of megakaryocytes. Invention also relates to a method for producing thrombocytes, providing maturing of the megakaryocyte precursor cells maturation in the megakaryocytes and thrombocyte release.
EFFECT: invention enables efficient production of thrombocytes from megakaryocyte progenitor cells.
