FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: mush composition contains buckwheat flakes in an amount of 59.0-62.0 wt %, carrot powder in an amount of 4.0-8.0 wt % and salt in an amount of 2 wt % as well as dried and milled mushrooms and functional additives. The latter are represented by a complex containing linseed flour in an amount of 5.5-8.0 wt %, pumpkin flour - 5.5-9.0 wt % and milled acai berries - 2.0 wt % respectively. The milled mushrooms are represented by a mixture of maitake mushrooms in an amount of 4.0-7.0 wt %, reishi mushrooms in an amount of 4.0-7.0 wt % and shiitake mushrooms in an amount of 4.0-7.0 wt %.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of a product representing a source of protein, energy and vitamins as well as having high energy value.
