SUBSTANCE: parts are heated to 1020÷1060°C in single-chamber vacuum electric furnace, held at working vacuum 7.5×10-5÷3.75×10-5 mm Hg and fast cooled in the furnace at feed of pure gaseous nitrogen at 1100÷6000 bar.
EFFECT: higher quality of parts and operating performances.
