In the stiffness washer an axial hole is made with the cylindrical shoulder, both on the hole surface, and on the shoulder surface the mutually orthogonally oriented bearings are installed with possibility of rolling are installed, they are fixed with possibility of rotation in the bottom part of the rotation casing, and on its top part one or several drives with gearboxes and limiting bearings are installed, they are functionally connected with possibility of rolling over the internal top cylindrical part of the vertical casing of the medical table, and the second pinion to execute the reciprocating turn of the medical table is secured inside the top cylindrical part of the vertical casing of the medical table.
