FIELD: medicine; surgery; endoscopic ultrasonic diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for differential diagnosis of obstructive pathology of a major duodenal papilla, where endosonographic images of the patient are compared with six reference endosonograms and reference schemes, containing an image of a normal major duodenal papilla and the main pathological conditions, additional informative signs of malignant obstruction are measured, with the use of a fuzzy decision rule system, the confidence of the patients being assigned to the investigated pathology classes is determined.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the number of errors in the differential diagnosis of the obstructive pathology of the major duodenal papilla by comparing the analyzed endosonograms with the reference, as well as with their reference schemes and pathological formations with additional measurement of informative signs of malignant obstruction using an adequate mathematical apparatus of research.
