SUBSTANCE: functional structure of correcting reciprocating longitudinal movement of the toroidal robotic system along the surgical table for execution of certain medical procedure in which the stationary in the longitudinal direction lower part of the medical table is formed by two halves connected among themselves between which the additional bearings are rigidly fixed, and they are positionally fixed on the common axis between two executive gears of reciprocating shift of the case of robotic system which are functionally connected to the first and second additional linear gears which are fixed or integrated on horizontally oriented parts of the first and second angle which are located on the upper surface opposite longitudinal parts of the lower half of the stationary medical table, and on vertically oriented parts both on the first angle, and on the second angle with equal step the additional bearings are fixed which are functionally connected with the upper surface of opposite longitudinal parts of the lower half of the stationary medical table, while both on the first angle, and the second angle the lower ends of two curved rods the upper ends of which are fixed in the lower part of the case of robotic system with sliding elements which is implemented with the toroidal shape with sliding cover.
