SUBSTANCE: functional structure of reciprocating longitudinal movement of the upper part of the medical table in toroidal robotic system with sliding cover comprising the toroidal robotic system which is positionally located above the case of the medical surgical table which is formed by the fixed lower part of the medical table in the longitudinal direction and with a possibility of reciprocating shift of the upper part of the medical table where in its lower longitudinal part symmetrically at a certain distance from each other with an equal step the support bearings of longitudinal shift are fixed which with a possibility of longitudinal shift are located on the top surface of the fixed lower part of the table in the longitudinal direction, and between the rows of support bearings two linear gears which are functionally connected to the first and second gears respectively are fixed or implemented, and also comprises the first drive with reducer, on the rotor of which the gear is fixed. While the second drive with reducer is added on the rotor of which the gear is fixed, and similar to the gear of the first drive, it is functionally connected with to the first and second linear gears of the upper part of the medical table for its reciprocating movement. The first drive and the first gear and the second drive and the second gear are positionally located and fixed in rectangle angles on the fixed lower part of the medical table in the longitudinal direction which is formed by two edge parts in the longitudinal direction with stiffening ribs and the middle part on which from both sides in the longitudinal direction the first and second edge parts of the stationary medical table are fixed.
