SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in various medical procedures. Functional structure of longitudinal reciprocating movement of device of x-ray radiation in upper part of medical table of toroidal surgical robot system, wherein structure includes a second drive with reduction gear and x-ray detector array, corrective drive with reduction gear with output conical gear, two additional conical gears and two additional linear plates with conical scalloped surface, length of which is greater than longitudinal length of x-ray detector array, and ends with possibility of reciprocal displacement are located on upper surface of upper part of medical table, wherein two additional linear plates with conical scalloped surface are fixed with an offset relative to each other in lower surface of x-ray radiation detector array and one of additional plates with conical gear surface of middle part is positionally located on output of conical gear of corrective drive with reduction gear, and second additional plate with conical gear surface of middle part is positionally located on two additional conical gears, which are offset relative to each other and are fixed as corrective drive with reduction gear in middle part on lower fixed part of medical table, and above upper part of medical table with possibility of reciprocal longitudinal displacement relative to fixed part of medical table is arranged housing with possibility of reciprocal displacement with sliding devices, which has a toroidal shape with coaxial sliding lid, in lower part of which coaxially with possibility of rotation is fixed instrument table with electromagnetic devices for holding housings of surgical and diagnostic elements, and in lower part of instrumental table with possibility of turning is fixed x-ray apparatus.
