FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in various medical procedures. Functional structure of longitudinal reciprocating movement of device of x-ray radiation in upper part of medical table of toroidal surgical robot system. Structure includes a second drive with a reduction gear and x-ray radiation matrix receiver, a correction drive with a reduction gear with an outlet conical gear, two additional bevel gears and two additional linear plates with tapered scalloped surface, which are fixed with an offset relative to each other in lower part of x-ray radiation detector array and one of additional plates of bevel gear with surface of middle part is positionally located on output of conical cog of corrective drive with reduction gear, and second additional plate of bevel gear with surface of middle part is positionally located on two additional conical gears, shifted relative to each other and are fixed similar to corrective drive with reduction gear, in middle part on lower fixed part of medical table, and above upper part of medical table with possibility of reciprocal longitudinal displacement relative to fixed part of medical table is arranged housing with possibility of reciprocal displacement with sliding devices, which has toroidal shape with coaxial extension lid, in lower part of which coaxially with possibility of rotation is fixed tool table with electromagnetic devices to retain housings of surgical and diagnostic elements, and in lower part of instrumental table with possibility of turning is fixed an x-ray apparatus, first and second drives with reduction gear are fixed on lower fixed part of medical table with displacement relative to first and second gears and gears thereof are functionally connected with toothed surface of first and second plates for joint displacement of upper part of medical table relative to lower fixed part of medical table.
EFFECT: can be used in various medical procedures.
