FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparing a sol with silica nanoparticles from a mixture of the following components: Tetraethoxysilane H2O and C2H5OH in ratio of 1:3.5:2.7 and at solution pH 2.3-2.4. A mixture of a cationic surfactant and an anionic surfactant - cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) and polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (Bridge-35) - is further added to the mixture in amount of 0.5-1.0% of the weight of the sol, with the ratio of CPC to Bridge-35 of 1:(1-4). The sol is then stabilised in the presence of a catalyst - hydrochloric acid, and then deposited on glass, followed by heat treatment.
EFFECT: high adhesion strength.
